1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CraftQuote, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service

CraftQuote is an online application that helps tradespeople create quotations and invoices.

3. Subscription

Subscriptions are billed securely by Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all customer, quotation and invoice information entered into CraftQuote.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

CraftQuote is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
